Before filing any complaint the complainant shall enquire every fact in detail and verify the same. If possible any documents are available related to it which can be used as evidence, copy of the same shall also be attached.
Complaint must be related to public/Government infrastructure work only not regarding to any private work.
Before taking any action on complaint organisation verify the authenticity of the complaint, if it found vague, incorrect, misleading, false or filed with the purpose to tease other, in such circumstance organisation shall not take any action on it and also free to take necessary action against the complainant.
Proposed action by the complainant can only be consider if it found within the limit of Indian law and tenable as per the organisation.
